is one of Granby’s most ambitious reproduction homes.
Items of note: The unusual Gambrel Saltbox
roofline, the "pilastered" chimney built by a mason from
Boston, the extensive interior and exterior moldings and the setting with views
for miles.
110 Barkhamsted Road, West Granby
- Circa 1750. The Pettibone House is Granby's oldest surviving "first
period" saltbox.
Items of note: The total interior and exterior
restoration including reproduction 18th Century plank windows (with old glass),
the period doorways, chimney and siding detailing. This house in also considered
one of Granby's haunted houses!

- Built in 1995. This home is a Habitat Post & Beam home.

Circa 1841*. The Goodrich House with it's original foundation dates from the
*18th century.
